From initial consultation through completion Cava provides seamless integration of the multitude of details, processes and materials that go into any building project.

Consultation
Regardless of size or scope, Cava is happy to meet with you personally to discuss your preliminary ideas, budget and schedule
Step 2
Design
For larger projects, Cava will work with your selected architect during initial conceptualization to help insure the goals of the project are met. If you do not have an architect, we have a network of talented professionals to draw upon.
Step 3
Planning
To eliminate surprises, we provide a detailed “Scope of Work”, “Budget” and “Schedule” for every project.
Step 4
Permitting
Through extensive experience with the local municipalities, Cava can navigate your project through this seemingly complex process.
Step 5
Selections
In collaboration with local vendors, we walk our clients through the myriad of selection details to produce a custom project that reflects the unique needs and styles of each and every homeowner.
Step 6
PRODUCTION
We believe that building and remodeling should be enjoyable. Our client-centered approach reduces “construction anxiety” through dedicated involvement, strict quality control, effective communication and (when the unexpected occurs) creative problem-solving
